Wages, terms and rights of nurses
The Icelandic Nurses Association negotiates nurses´ wages, terms and rights according to Act No. 70/1986. The main purpose of the Association´s Remunerations and Rights division is that nurses´ wages and terms reflect responsibility, education, competencies and experience. The division strives to improve terms and conditions for our members as well as opportunities for professional development.
